Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@fareedcosmetics.com or call +91 99999 88888. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned.
Items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged during transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product details and pictures.
Refund Process
If a return is approved for a defective item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first, then contact your card company before reaching out to us for support.
